Bridget Vandelist

 

Bridget Vandelist was born and raised in Askeaton, she is the sixth of eight children born to the late James & Catherine Burns. Bridget graduated from Wrightstown High School and Lakeshore Technical College.

Bridget joined Ryan Funeral Home in 2011 as an Office Manager. She is also a licensed Life Insurance Agent, able to assist families in Advance Planning and funding of funeral services. She has worked in the funeral service profession since 2006. Prior to joining the funeral industry, Bridget was a paralegal specializing in criminal and family law.

She is active throughout the community as a member of St. Francis Xavier Church, St. Patrick's Church in Askeaton, De Pere Youth Hockey Operations Committee Member for the past 12 years, City of De Pere Poll Worker, De Pere High School Hockey and Football Booster Club Member, Red Cross and Salvation Army volunteer, De Pere Beautification Committee member.

Bridget and her husband, Mike, live in De Pere with their two sons, Joe & Tommy. Mike was born and raised in De Pere. He grew up delivering milk house to house with his father and grandfather, Tom and Norb Vandelist of GrandVu Dairy. Mike continues in the trucking industry and is the owner/operator of Vandelist, LLC.

Their family enjoys biking, golf, football, boating and family cook-outs during the summer. When the snow flies, they are sledding, skiing or playing hockey on their backyard ice rink.
