Donna Lee (Beyer) Van Lanen, age 79, was called home to the tranquility of heaven by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ after a full and vibrant earthly life on August 22, 2021. Now exploring the wonders of heaven with all the saints who have gone before her, Donna was born on October 24, 1941, in the town of Herman, Wisconsin. The daughter of Herman and Luella (Griesbach) Beyer, Donna enjoyed life on the farm as a child, graduating from St. James Lutheran School in 1956 and Gresham High School in 1960. She also enjoyed working at Fleet Farm in Green Bay for 20 years before retiring in 2007. Donna also loved her Green Bay Packers football, faithfully watching every game on TV each season. Dynamic Donna was a long-time active and faithful member of Hope Lutheran Church in De Pere, sharing her gift of teaching the young children of Hope about God's love for many years as a Sunday School teacher as well as serving on the Education Committee.
