Nicole L. (Bernier) Liscum, 31, Green Bay, WI, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 26, 2008 at home. Nicole was born May 17, 1977 in Green Bay the daughter of Natalie (De Jardin) Brueland and Kelvin Brunette. Nicole graduated from Great Falls High School, Great Falls, Montana. She married Aaron Liscum in Montana and the two have separated as friends.
Nicole enjoyed life to the fullest and brought a smile to everyone's face with her sense of humor. She loved beadwork, turtle collecting, writing in her journal, love of God, Hannah Montana, hot dogs and Mr. Pibb, her pens and stickers, and spending time with her family.
Nicole is survived by her mother Natalie Brueland (friend Scott A), Luxemburg; father Kelvin (Debbie) Brunette, Green Bay; step father Joel (Shell) Brueland, Montana; brothers and sister Nick (Alicia) Bernier and Kirk Brueland, Montana, and Ross and Shannon Brunette, Green Bay; her cats Kissyface and Laney; friends Brooke, Abi, and Karen, Roger and Terrie, and Amy. She is further survived by her grandparents: Carole Stevens, and Donald (Judy) De Jardin, Grandma Norva, Grandpa Brueland, and Grandma Jeannie; aunts and uncles: Laurie Berceau (friend Scott B), Pam De Jardin, Jeff (Vicky) De Jardin, Jill (Gary) Dequaine; Darlene Hill, Keith (Bonnie) Brunette, Kent (Bonnie) Brunette, Kerry Brunette, Christine Brunette, Georgi Mielke and her special friend Rick Prevost, Byrnn`e Brunette and her special friend Vicki Jourdan, Kathleen Brunette, and Kevin Brunette; nieces and nephews Lonnel (Romeo), Victoria, and Kyle; cousin Shawna Rae, Logan and Sydney De Jardin and her other 26 cousins; 29 2nd generation cousins; and two 3rd generation cousins; her extended family Bobby (Lori) Bernier, Sobieski; and all her special family and friends in Great Falls, Montana.
Nicole was preceded in death by her grandparents Roland (Lorraine) Brunette, Emroy (Papa) Stevens, and Grandpa Bob; and cousins Codi and Chase.
Visitation for Nicole will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth St. De Pere, WI. Oneida Singers will begin at 7:30 PM.
