Richard "Dick" H. Bellin, 88, De Pere, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 15, 2012 at a local nursing home. He was born April 15, 1923 in De Pere, a son of the late Joseph and Emma (Terrien) Bellin. On October 29, 1945 he married the former Suzanna DeBruyne at St. Boniface Church. She preceded him in death on March 29, 1984. Dick drove semi-truck for over 40 years for Schneider National, Olsen Transport, and CW Transport. He was a very proud member of Teamsters. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. Dick enjoyed bowling and watching the Brewers and Cubs baseball games. Dick is survived by his children: Yvonne (Patrick) Hart, John (Susan) Bellin, Mark Bellin, and Jeffrey (Kathy) Bellin; 12 grandchildren: Beth (Steve), James (Jennifer), Kathleen, Chad (Jenny), Amy (Jamie), Jennifer (Eric), Sarah (Brian), Emma, Sam, Rick, Megan, and Heather (Jordan); 11 great grandchildren; sister Jean Van Hout; sister-in-law Betty Bellin, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Emma; wife Suzanna; and siblings: Isabelle Staeven, Marian Kelly, Giles Bellin, Bernice Achten, and Gary Bellin. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere with a Prayer service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, corner of Suburban Dr, and Lourdes Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM with Fr.
