On Monday, July 11, 2016, Simon Christopher Hill, age 16, of Wayside, WI died, tragically, in a motor vehicle accident. Simon was born January 7, 2000 to Christopher and Mary Ellen Hill. Simon attended Reedsville high School and was to graduate with the class of 2018. Simon wore a perpetual smile wherever he went. He was joking and laughing and always had a glimmer of light dancing in his eyes. Simon brought happiness to all who knew him, and his life will be forever missed by all those whose lives he touched. Simon had a great love for the outdoors and building forts in his forest adventures. His dream was to become a farmer one day and quite often helped out at local farms. He joked, "I am going to live off the land." Simon will be sorrowfully missed by all of his family. He was a beloved son, a dear brother and a gift to his family He leaves behind his Mother, Mary Ellen Pieper and husband Mike Pieper, Father, Christopher Hill and wife Jacqueline Hill. His siblings, brother, Maxxwell Hill and his girlfriend Autumn Shier, brother Alexxander hill, Sister, Madeline Hill and her boyfriend Dakota Fischer, brother Elliott Hill, brother Owen Hill and brothers Lincoln Hill and Bently Pieper. Grandparents Tom and Judith Hill and Gilbert and Carole Salm and a very large family to include, aunts, uncles, cousins, Godparents, Gib and Sheri Salm and his best friend Riggs Petersek. Friends may call at Zion Lutheran Church in Wayside from 4:00pm 9:00pm on Friday July 15, 2016. Visitation will continue after 10:00am Saturday at the church until the service at 11:00am with Pastor Austen Welter officiating. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established.
