IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Ana
Koehler
July 4, 1967 – May 30, 2023
The Gates of Heaven opened and celebrated the welcoming of Ana Marie (Miller) Koehler, 55, of Green Bay. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on May 30, 2023. Ana was born on July 4, 1967 to parents Mary (Skaleski) and the late Joseph Miller.
Ana was a graduate of West De Pere High School. After high school, Ana began her career in commercial insurance. She treated all work relationships as family.
Ana loved spending time at her summer oasis with her husband, Todd, on Berry Lake. She loved to host gatherings for family and friends there. Being that she was born on The Fourth of July, holidays were her time to shine. She especially loved the Christmas season - decorating, baking, and gifting.
Ana touched the lives of countless people with her kindness, generosity, snappy wit, and fun loving spirit. Her laugh was contagious and she was the life of every party.
Ana's greatest joy in life was being a "cool mom" to her children. She loved and supported her kids in everything and was their biggest cheerleader. They could always count on her phone call every day checking in. She was also looking forward to becoming a grandmother in October.
Ana is survived by her husband of 14 years, Todd Koehler; her children, Zach (Jessica) Koehler, Maria (Craig) Martin, Spencer (Brianna) Baranczyk, and Eli Engels, granddaughter, Evelyn Koehler; mother Mary (Skaleski) Miller; siblings, Gina Miller (Mohr), Jolene (Jim) Jansen, and Daryl Miller; mother-in-law Gail Koehler; nieces, nephews, other in-laws, and dear friends.
Ana was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Miller; father-in-law, Robert Koehler; maternal grandparents Al and MaryAnn Skaleski; and paternal grandparents Joseph and Marie Miller.
Family and friends may visit at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 5, 2023. Visitation will continue at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1307 Lourdes Avenue, De Pere, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. James Baraniak, O.Praem. officiating.
Her husband and children would like to give special thanks to nurse Abby at Bellin and the nurses at Unity Hospice for their compassionate care. They would also like to thank Ana's sister, Jolene. She was an angel when Ana needed one most.
We will find peace in our grief by remembering all of the funny moments that involved Ana. Her humor will live on in her family and we will cherish every moment we spent with her.
