Anthony Thomas Dado, 73, entered eternal life to be with Our Lord Jesus on May 3, 2024 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay. Anthony is the second child of Tony and Rosemarie Dado, and after graduating from Immaculate Conception Grade School in rural West De Pere, attended St. Lawrence Seminary in Mt. Calvary. After graduating from St. Lawrence, he attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, graduating with a dual degree in Philosophy and Theology. He excelled academically and continued his studies abroad in Innsbruck, Austria.

Anthony's passion for holistic health, using natural remedies, led him to collect medical research from the National Institutes of Health in Washington D.C. Throughout his life, he continued extensive research from many sources including Hawaii where he enjoyed living and working, to use to help people recover from cancer. Anthony achieved amazing success after he returned home to Green Bay and many people were cured, often when they had almost given up hope to live. He restored Mom from Lymphoma, and she lived a long life of 102 years. He cared for Mom and his aunt at home and provided free health and medical counseling through his non-profit organization, Third Order Projects.

During the 1970s, Anthony was a family counselor for the Oneida Tribe and was a spiritually gifted person as a devoted Catholic and Eucharistic Minister. He cares for both the spiritual and emotional needs of his recipients. He wrote a grant, the original one used by the Oneida Tribe for the present Oneida Health Center, continuing to provide for generations of people into the future. To reward him, the Tribe offered to name a road after him.

Anthony was known as a person who had a solution for anyone's problem, no matter what it was. He built his own motorbike, using a regular bicycle with a lawn mower engine attached to it, helped build two houses on our family farm acreage, taught high school Theology, and worked as a salesperson for Mackens Pontiac in Green Bay.

Anthony enjoyed listening to music and excelled as an artist, having his landscape painting chosen for a calendar. He was a remarkable person, truly a living saint, embodying a life of service, exploration and compassion. At the Baptism of his nephew Raphael in 1985, Anthony became his spiritual Godfather. He was an inspiration to all who knew him.

Anthony is survived by his brothers, Michael, of Green Bay and Joseph, of Wilmington, MA, his brother's wife Helen, his niece Mary Lee, nephews Michael and Raphael, grand-niece Arianna and her mother Amanda and numerous relatives and friends.

Friends may visit at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N 10th Street, De Pere on Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue Monday, May 20, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1484 Ninth Street, from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian burial at 11:00am with Fr. Patrick Beno officiating.
