Barbara Ann Schmitt, 78, passed away on October 17, 2024 due to complications from knee replacement surgery. She was surrounded by family. Barb was born in Green Bay, WI. on May 26, 1946 to parents Paul and Charlotte (McDougal) Younger.

Barb was a 1964 graduate of St Joseph's Academy and married her high school sweetheart Roger in 1966.

Barb was very gifted in home decorating and crafts and worked many years in home décor, craft, and gift retail.

Barb is survived by her husband Roger Schmitt; son Paul (Diane) Schmitt and their children Cory and Rebecca, daughter Holly (Fiancé Carter Mabbit) Schmitt and her children James, Jazlyn, Jordyn, Jayden, and Brooklynn; late daughter Julie's children Carl, Justin, and Joseph; great grandchildren Lucy and Grayson; and siblings Paula Janssen, Steve Younger, and Doug Younger.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Julie Schmitt.

Barb was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed by family and friends.

Per Barb's wishes there will be no services at this time.
