Betty Regan of Green Bay was freed of her bodily woes on January 2, 2018.
She was born May 10, 1927 in Colby, Kansas to Alvin and Sadie Thieler. Betty grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado and graduated from Loretto Heights College in Denver in 1949. On August 26, 1950 she married Jim Regan and they moved to St. Louis where he was a student at St. Louis University. From 1951 to 1954 they lived in Sioux City, Iowa, and in 1954 moved to De Pere, Wisconsin where Jim taught at St. Norbert College until 1989.
Betty is survived by Jim, their children Mary of Minneapolis, Susan of Green Bay, Michael (Susie) of Wausau, Paul (Lori) of Boise, Idaho, Christopher (Ashley) of Millerton, New York; grandchildren Nolan (Liz), Philip (Emma), Colin, Alec, Aidan, Tannler, Leah and great-grandchildren Savannah and Kira. Betty is also survived by her sister Virginia Faulkner of Orange, California and seven nieces and nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Mark and John.
Family and friends may visit from 10:00 to 10:50 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at St. Norbert College Parish at Old St. Joseph Church, 100 Grant St, De Pere, WI.
