Beverly Joan "Babe" Westcott, 84, passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones, on Wednesday June 17, 2020. Beverly was born in De Pere on August 31, 1936 to Edward and Ellen (Cavil) Haskins and remained a lifelong De Pere resident. She was the youngest of six siblings, Marjorie, Audrey, Dorothy, Robert, Roberta, and Shirley. On September 6, 1958 Beverly married the love of her life, Joseph H. Westcott. Together they shared 62 years of marriage. They have two daughters. Beverly retired in 1999 after 15 years of service as a courier for Bank Mutual. She loved her job and all the wonderful people she saw each day. She also worked at Algoma Hammock Co. (where she met Joe), Larson Canning Co., St. Vincent Hospital Dietary Department, and Green Bay Tissue. In her retirement, Beverly loved learning new crafts, and was an accomplished quilter, sewer, woodworker, and gardener. She also loved to travel and was an avid reader. Beverly cherished her time with family, both at home in De Pere, and at their cabin in Lakewood. She is survived by her husband, Joseph, her daughters, Theresa Westcott, and Debra Westcott, grandchildren, Brian, Ashley, Stephanie, and Nicholas. Great grandchildren, Collin, Jamison, Jackson, Brienna, and Bronson. She is further survived by her sisters, Roberta Konshak and Shirley Haskins, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Marjorie, Audrey and Dorothy, and her brother Robert. Beverly will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks to Heartland Hospice, especially Bobbie Jo who guided Bev and her family through these last difficult months.
