Brandon Jay Wineck died unexpectedly in his sleep on May 5, 2022 in Green Bay, WI at the age of 30. Brandon was born on his dad's birthday, September 18, 1991 in Youngstown, Ohio to Edward and Renee (Bressner) Wineck. He was determined to keep up with his close friends, so he graduated a year early from Menominee High School in 2009. He was pursuing a degree in IT until he decided he didn't like it. He took his time and tried a variety of other avenues, but none of them provided that "get rich quick" element that he sought. Brandon suffered with a severe mental illness which made it progressively more difficult to accomplish his goals. We prayed for complete healing, and he is now healed and in the presence of Jesus, his Savior. We miss him already, yet we find comfort in knowing that he is no longer struggling, and we will see him again. "In my Father's house are many rooms..." John 14:2, we just hope Brandon's room comes with a housekeeper! Brandon was a very personable guy who loved to make people laugh. He was extremely quick-witted and could change the mood of the room with a few words and some crazy facial expressions and gestures. He loved doing card tricks, telling jokes, and making up ridiculous rap songs on the spot. He seemed happiest when he was spending time hanging out with his brothers and friends. He was generous (especially with other peoples' money) and loved to help people. He will be remembered for having a strong personality, determination, intelligence and a dynamite sense of humor. Brandon is survived by his parents, Edward and Renee Wineck; his brothers, Justin Wineck (Hannah), Hayden Wineck (Thea); his favorite sister, Raquel Wineck; grandparents, Raymond Wineck, Kermit and Patricia Bressner; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Family and friends may visit at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere beginning at 4:00 p.m. on June 29, 2022.
