Brenda Louise Cornelius, 74, Oneida, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023. She was born September 29, 1948, in Green Bay to the late Anna Christjohn and Noron John.

Brenda graduated from West De Pere High School. On April 8, 1967, she was united in marriage to Wayne Cornelius in Oneida. Brenda worked at Oneida Health Center until her retirement. She was a member of Church of The Holy Apostles, Oneida. Brenda enjoyed golfing, crafts, riding the lawnmower, gardening, and volunteering at Tsyhunkwa.

She is survived by her husband Wayne, daughter Stephanie (Terry) Skenandore, as well as 6 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Her siblings; Darrell (Rosie) John, Rosemary (Leon) John and Luanne Simos.

Brenda was preceded in death by her daughter Tami "Sam" Cornelius, her parents Noron and Anna, her siblings; Richard John, Emily Palone, Darwin John, Carlton "Beaver" John, sister-in-law Gloria Cornelius, brother-in-law Richard Cornelius, her niece Shelly Danforth, and nephew Cary Danforth.

Friends may call at Church of The Holy Apostles, Oneida, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 after 9:00AM, until service at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at the parish cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
