Caitlin Rose "Taterooni", "Boo Boo", "Love Muffin", "Doll Face" (Labadie) Van Duyse 14, De Pere, passed away Saturday evening October 4, 2008 after a very courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 6, 1994 in Green Bay to Brenda Van Duyse. Caitlin would have been a freshman this year at West De Pere High School. Caitlin loved to play volleyball, jump on her trampoline, do iron on beads, fill in puzzles, swimming, crafts, late nights on the computer, and texting with her friends on her cell phone. Caitlin's greatest love was young children, especially her cousins whom she spent countless hours with.
Survivors include her mom Brenda, grandparents; Larry and Rose Van Duyse, her uncles; Chuck (Karen) Van Duyse, Jeff Van Duyse, and Eric (Tonja Sustman) Van Duyse. Caitlin is further survived by her cousins; Hayley, Cortney, Adam, Amber, Journi, Maddie Jo, Auston, Korrah, and a new cousin expected in February of 2009.Caitlin is further survived by numerous great aunts and uncles.
Caitlin was welcomed into heaven by her very special aunt Kerri Kirsch, whom she dearly missed for the last two years and ten months, and her aunt Mary. Her great aunts; Darlene, Betty, and Sally as well as her grandpa Jerry also preceded her.

I would like to thank the nurses on the 10th floor at St. Vincent for all their wonderful care. Special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Brandt for helping me maintain Caitlin's dignity and respect throughout her illness, and for his wonderful care.
