Carol, whose Oneida name meant 'Corn Tassel', was a guiding light to those around her. Her vibrant personality was unmistakable; her boisterous infectious laugh and spunky, sassy demeanor lit up any room. When she got a glint in her eye, you knew something unexpected was about to be said.
Carol's deep understanding of politics and public policy was something she always attributed to her father. He instilled in her the ability to see the bigger picture and develop a keen sense of foresight in matters of governance and decision-making.
