Carol M. Hendricks, 88, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. She was born at home on her grandparents' (the late Herman and Ella Beyer) farm on March 13, 1937, to her parents, the late Ervin and Marion (Beyer) Kleinschmidt.
She attended He-nis-Ra Grade School and graduated from West High in 1955. Carol married Raymond Hendricks on June 30, 1956, at the Shrine of St. Jospeh West De Pere. They shared 67 years together until his death on November 10, 2023.
She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She never forgot to send them love and a card on their birthdays.
She is survived by her children Michael (Judy) Hendricks, Michelle (Jim) De Grave, Jeff (Sheryl) Hendricks, grandchildren Leah (Josh) Vertz, Krista (David) Van Schyndel, Nicole (Paul) Filcher, Dalton (Emily) Hendricks, Doctor Ciara (Alex) Yoap, Dawson Hendricks, great grandchildren Nolan, Cora, and Ada Vertz, Jacob and Gavin Van Schyndel, Stetson and Colt Yoap, sister in law Philis Hendricks, and best friend Joan Kemp.
Carol is preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandson Adam De Grave, sisters Sandra (Wayne) Belschner, Barbara Walinski, infant brother Ervin Jr. and her infant sister. She is further preceded by Raymond's parents, Fred and Rosella Hendricks, in-laws Ron (Audry) Norbert, (Joan), Fred (Sam), and Ken Hendricks, Leona (Bill) Sausen, and Norma (Art) Van Dommelen
Family and friends may call at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2771 Oakwood Dr, Green Bay, WI 54304, on Saturday February 07, 2026, for visitation starting at 9:00am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, with Fr. Richard Getchel presiding.
Carol wanted to extend a special thank you to her children for all their love and care throughout her life. The family would like to extend special thank you to Dr. Laurin Bellg for her ICU care and kindness while their mom was in the hospital as well as a thank you to Sister Mary and Lynn from St. Elizabeth Ann seton for bringing her communion.
Carol asks for you to love one another and never take a day with each other for granted.
