Carol Jacobe passed away on September 25, 2022, after a five-year battle with cancer.
She was born July 7, 1951, to the late William and Maxine (Marrick) Jacobe Sr.
Carol graduated from West De Pere High School.
She worked at Stowe Drugs and Fort Howard/Georgia Pacific for many years. Carol enjoyed her many trips to Laughlin and to Las Vegas with the Hat and Kane Club. She also enjoyed playing cards with her great nieces and nephews Evan, Emily, Raelyn, and Matthew. Over the years she spent a lot of time decorating for the holidays and making her famous banana bread, jello shots, and deviled eggs for her special friends that she went to double bubble with.
Carol is survived by her brother William (Suzanne Harper) Jacobe Jr., sister Lynn (Don) Schadrie, nieces and nephew Lisa (David) Sharapata, Michelle (Todd) Mader, Crystal Jacobe, Douglas (Shawna) Jacobe, Katie Jacobe, and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father William Jacobe Sr., mother Maxine (Marrick) Jacobe, sister Paula Jacobe, and special friend Ken Scray.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere after 9:00AM on Saturday, October 1, 2022, until time of service at 11:00AM with Pastor Nancy Zorn-Micke officiating. Burial will follow at Lawrence (Cady) Cemetery.
The family would like to thank St. Vincent Hospital Cancer Team, Dr. Kathryn LaFond, and all the nurses and caregivers at Unity Hospice, especially Sharon, Ingrid, Ann, and Ida for their loving and dedicated care to Carol.
