The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Lee and the Bellin Hospital Staff for allowing us to have our mother back with the proper treatment in her Parkinson's diagnosis. Special thank you as well to Woodside Rehabilitation Center for helping her manage and relieve her pain, as well as the Staff and Caregivers at Birch Creek Assisted Living for their understanding, patience, kindness, love, and support. You are all truly beautiful people! To the Hospice staff for all of your support, although it was a short time, you have touched all of our lives. Thank you!
