Cecile Frances (Basche) Goral age 84, passed away peacefully at Unity Hospice in East De Pere, WI on January 25th, 2024, after a 3-year battle with Dementia with her husband Norm and loving family by her side. Ceil was born in Green Bay, WI on June 22, 1939, to Frank Basche and Caroline Effenberger. Ceil graduated from Green Bay Preble High School in 1957 and was very involved with several school committees and activities.

She was employed by Independent Printing while raising 4 very involved kids and keeping an organized household. She was active in all her kids' activities including Girl Scouts and "hockey mom". She was involved in many church functions and was an active member of The Red Hat Society and TOPS. She loved watching and attending her favorite sports with Norm and never wanted to miss a family Packer tailgate party.

Ceil is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Norman; Children Teri (Paul Allie), Greg Goral (Sue), Beth Pahnke, Bill Goral (Karen Kollmann); their grandchildren Matt Allie (Lex Martin), Paige (Andy Venstrom), David Allie (Jaclyn), Leah (Roberto Rodriguez), Kendra & Kyle Pahnke, Tyler Goral (Hannah) & Lydia Goral (special friend Andrew Pautz), great grandchildren; Alaina, Nathan, Abigail, Amelia ("Mia"). Further survived by sisters: Carol Sarra & Annette Fabry. Sisters' in-law; Judy Berg, Suaree Basche, Deborah Basche, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and many loving friends.

Ceil was preceded in death by her parents Frank & Caroline Basche, Parents-in-law; Valentine ("Bill") & Agnes Goral, brothers Wynn & Stephen Basche, sister Laurie Basche, Brothers-in-law Arnold Goral, Tom Berg, Lee Fabry, Sam Sarra, sister-in-law Barb Goral, and Granddaughter Nicole Pahnke.
