Charles Skenandore Sr., 85, of Oneida, entered the spirit world on Friday, March 25, 2022. He was born to Sheldon and Viola (Antone) Stevens on March 24, 1937. Charlie enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and NASCAR. He loved going to Powwows, painting, and being outside. Charlies especially loved being with his girls and grandchildren. He is survived by his children Melanie "Ricky" Skenandore, Shelbie Castilo, and Debbie "Ernesto" Garcia. Charlie is further survived by his grandchildren Ashley, Charles, Sheldon, Annalusia, Lorena, Juan, Matthew, Esaias, Jalia, Jacinto Jr., Desenia, Dilvani, Daniel, Chazra, Roxana, Emmanuel, Gabriella, Julian, Damita, Carmalita, Eli, Dwayne, Charles Jr., Emmie, Matthew Jr., Myrah, and Liam. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Annie, parents, son Charles "Chuck" Jr., and grandchildren Augusto Jesus and Daizi Charlieann. Friends and family are invited to gather at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth St. De Pere, on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, beginning at 11:00AM until 3:00PM. Bob Brown will speak starting at 3:00PM.
