Cindy A. Eichhorst, 67, passed away peacefully in Brillion, late Monday evening, April 15, 2024. She was born in Manitowoc on January 23, 1957 to the late George and Beverly (Naidl) Shavlik Jr. Cindy graduated from Reedsville High School with the class of 1975. She married Roger Eichhorst at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Reifs Mills on July 18, 1975.

Cindy was a dedicated employee with Federal Mogul in Manitowoc, as a final inspector, where she retired in 2017 after 28 years of employment.

Cindy cherished the time spent with her children, Aaron and Angela. She was the best Grandma and loved being with her grandchildren, Zander and Griffin. Cindy enjoyed cooking and reading Steven King books. She and Roger loved to travel, including a Hawaiian cruise and trips to Las Vegas where she liked to gamble. Their favorite spot was the Redwood for fish then to the casino after dinner.

Cindy is survived by her son Aaron (Anne) Eichhorst, Whitelaw; daughter Angela (Eichhorst) Bartotto, grandchildren Zander and Griffin and special friend Steve Schlais, Manitowoc.

She is further survived by her brothers, Terry (Lisa) Shavlik, New Holstein, Randy Shavlik, Kellnersville; her mother-in-law Verona Eichhorst, Lark;

a sister-in-law Bonnie (Vernon) Pantzlaff, Lark and brothers-in-law Jeffrey Eichhorst, Reedsville, Daniel (Gerri) Eichhorst, Whitelaw, David (Nancy) Eichhorst, Wayside, Steven (Michele) Eichhorst, Wayside, Mark Eichhorst, De Pere and Paul Eichhorst, Lark.

Cindy was preceded in death by her husband Roger, her parents George and Beverly (Naidl) Shavlik Jr. and her sister Michelle (Shavlik) Eichhorst.

Visitation will be held at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere on Saturday, April 20 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. A prayer service will be held immediately following the visitation at 2:00 PM.

The Eichhorst family would like to give a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Garrow Villa: Macenzie, Libby, Dakotah, Brianna, Sophia G, Chloe, Holly, Trish, Ayla, Raina, Lucy, Ella, Sophia K, Joanne, Brandi, Marie, Jessie, Adrienne and Jackie for the wonderful care given to Cindy.

Thank you to Kayla, Pamela, Dr. O'Neil and Dr. Eckardt from Aurora, thank you for taking care of our mom through her difficult journey.
