Obituary

My husband and best friend Clarence "Wick" Wickham, 62, Green Bay, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018 in Milwaukee from Pulmonary Fibrosis. He was born June 30, 1955 in Millville, NJ, a son of the late Clyde Grayson and Beatrice Leona (Kindle) Wickham. On February 16, 1979, Wick married Barb (Seidl) in Richmond, VA. Wick graduated from Vineland High School, NJ, the University of South Florida, Tampa, and earned a Master's Degree from Marian College. Wick retired from the ARMY after 20 years as a Major. He recently retired from DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) on December 31, 2017. He was a very devout Catholic who practiced his faith daily and was a parishioner of Resurrection Catholic Church where he was a very active member. Wick had a gentle kindness and was a humble man who never complained. He was a loving, wonder husband, fantastic father and grandfather who cared so deeply for them, would do anything for them and truly loved spending time with them. Wick enjoyed the vacations to Mexico, playing his harmonica, listening to music, watching Packer games, and his Thursday nights at the warehouse with his FOWG buddies. Wick is survived by his wife of 39 years and two days Barb Wickham; son Grayson (significant other, Jane) of Queens, NY; daughter Keegan (Patrick) of Green Bay; and grandchildren: Paddy, Marie & Maximilian. He is further survived by his brother Jim Wickham of Virginia; sister-in-law Edie Wickham of Vineland, NJ; brothers and sisters in law: Lynn Haim, Pam (Paul) Joski, Julie (Greg) Meert, and Patrick (Rhonda) Seidl, mother-in-law Bea Seidl, step sisters Kathy Vander Geeten Green Bay, Mary (Troy) Carpenter, Florida and step brother Paul (Bonnie) Vander Geeten, Oklahoma; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Wick was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Beatrice, brother George Grayson Wickham, and Father in Law Gerald Seidl. Family and friends may visit from 4:30 to 7:30 PM on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere. Wake Service will begin at 7:00 PM with Deacon Don Ropson. Visitation will continue on Friday, February 23 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Hilltop Dr, Allouez. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM with Fr. Tim Shillcox, O. Praem and Bishop Bob Morneau concelebrating. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Please visit www.ryanfh.com to send a condolence to his family. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established for Pulmonary Fibrosis Research. Those we love don't go away. They walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. Good Bye, My Love. Rest in peace.
