Clifford "Joe" Hannon, 58, De Pere, passed away at home, surrounded by his wife and three kids on Monday, October 6th, 2014. He was born on November 22, 1955 to Clifford U. Hannon, and the late Florence (Allcox) Hannon. On January 22, 1977, Joe married Barb Brennan in De Pere, WI.
Joe was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt, snowmobile and work on cars. He spent his free time fixing motors for his friends and family and enjoyed every moment of it. He valued every second with his grandchildren Kaylee Jean Guttu, and Casen Joseph Hannon as well as his children, Heather, Sarah, and Cliff. Joe had a long time career in the Green Bay automotive community, and was an originating member of the bluegrass band, Bent Grass.
In addition to his mother, Joe is preceded in death by one brother, Peter Hannon, his godmother, Helen Allcox, father-in-law, Richard "Dick" Brennan, and mother-in-law, Eunice Brennan.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 9, 2014 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, corner of Lourdes Avenue and Suburban Drive, De Pere at 9:00 Friday morning, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Please go to www.ryanfh.com to send online condolences to the family.
