Conrad "Connie" Mikle, 76, Oneida, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday, June 1, 2015. The son of the late Ervin and Ethel (Giese) Mikle was born on October 13, 1938 in Oneida, WI. Conrad was a farmer all his life and enjoyed the simple things in life, such as hunting, fishing, being outside in the woods, listening to polka, and watching wrestling. Most of all he loved his family and wife of nearly 40 years, Linda. Conrad is survived by his wife; children, Laura (John) LaLonde, De Pere, Eric (Katie) Mikle, Oneida, David (Vicki Callahan) Mikle, Oneida, Arlene (Matt) Martin, De Pere; eight grandchildren; siblings, Carol Melchert, Oneida, Reuben Mikle, Underhill; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Herbert Mikle; sister-in-law, Lorraine Mikle; brother-in-law Willis Melchert. Friends and family are asked to gather at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth St., De Pere, on Friday, June 5 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church, 453 Rosehill Drive, Oneida beginning at 9:00am until 10:30am when a funeral service will be held with Pastor Mark Schumm officiating.
