Obituary

Cynthia A. Poulsen, 74 of Greenleaf, passed away on April 28, 2025. She was born in Green Bay on November 3, 1950, to the late Ralph and Gloria (Vannes) Cramer. Cindy graduated from Southwest High School in 1968. On January 15, 1972, she married the love of her life, Bradley L. Poulsen. Together they made their home forever in Greenleaf. They resided there for most of their many years of marriage and found a great community there. Bradley passed away on January 18, 2025.

Cindy was a career bartender and waitress. She worked at the Office Lounge in Green Bay and then moved to Wouters Front in Suamico, where she worked until she retired. Through her career, she touched many lives from all walks of life. Many of the people she met through work became lifelong friends to her. Her generosity, especially to her godchildren, by her and Brad was unmatched, treating them like their own.

Cindy was an avid reader and loved music, movies, and history, especially history about her favorite music artists. She was an eclectic collector of Packer memorabilia, glass animal statues, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Queen, and Gone with the Wind. She also loved her purses and wearing chunky jewelry. Halloween was her favorite holiday, to decorate for, although she decorated for every holiday. She was an excellent cook and soup maker, friend, and listening ear.

Cindy was a loving daughter, wife, aunt, and sister-in-law that loved her family with her whole heart. In 1998, Brad and Cindy took a 4,000-mile Road Trip in 13 days. Their trip included stops in South Dakota, Wyoming, Roswell, Mountain of the Gods, White Sands Missile Range, and Holloman Air Force base, which was where Brad was stationed in Alamogordo. They loved site-seeing together.

Cindy was always intrigued by Area 51 and any alien articles that she could read. She was a 60s and 70s kind of woman, peace signs and all. We will miss her, and she sure made us all feel loved.

Cindy is survived by her siblings, David (Carol) Cramer, Terry (Shelly) Cramer, Linda Cramer and Dave Tenner, Jackie (Dan) Verheyen, Kevin (Lorri) Cramer, as well as her sister-in-law Barbara (Larry) Biddle, and brother-in-law Bruce (Andrea) Poulsen. She is further survived by her godchildren, Tricia Verdegan, Shawn Van Ess, Katie Poulsen, and Hunter Cramer, as well as her nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Bradley, her parents, Ralph and Gloria, her in-laws Einer and Ramona Poulsen, her sister Dawne Cramer, special friend Sheri Simon, and her beloved dog, Snowball.
