Cyril "Cy" Ullmer, 82, De Pere, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2008 after a long illness. He was born February 15, 1926 to the late Matt and Anna (Boerschinger) Ullmer. In 1951he was united in marriage to Norma Nuss, and she preceded him in death in 2001. In 2006 he was united in marriage to Lillian Bunkelman. Cy was a proud graduate of Central Catholic High School in Green Bay. Cy was a farmer before going towork as a supervisor at TAPE Inc. After retiring from TAPE Cy became a Land Developer in Allouez. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and liked playing cards and traveling. Cy really enjoyed the outdoors. He was a true conservationist. He is survived by his wife Lillian, his children; Jody Priest, Kimberly, Connie Ullmer, Allouez, Lisa (Tracey) Mullinix, Cottontown, TN., and Kurt (Gayle) Ullmer, Green Bay. Cy is further survived by his two grandchildren; Christine Priest, and William Priest, 3 great grandchildren; Sara Smith, MaKayla Doucette, and DaKoyta Doucette. Cy is also survived by his siblings; Marcella Meeuwsen, Jane Younk, Phyllis (Chet) Klarkowski, and Sandy (George) Boerchard. Lillian's children also survive; Harlan DuBois, Wayne DuBois, Joan Harvey, and Kim Janssen, as well as numerous step grandchildren, and step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife; Norma, and brothers in law; James Younk and Earl Vercauteren.
