Daniel L. Burgoyne died on March 22, 2025, at the age of 83. The son of Louis and Rosella (Kieffer) Burgoyne.

A lifelong resident of West De Pere, Dan was a 1960 graduate of West De Pere High School and vice-president of his senior class. In 1962, he married Judy DeMeuse and they raised their four children on their 200-acre farm located on Lawrence Drive. He cropped the land and operated an egg production business with his family.

Dan filled many roles in his lifetime, foremost, being a faithful husband and loving father. Besides farming, marketing his egg production business and training sulky racehorses, Dan was involved in the Lawrence Township government.

An avid hunter and fisherman his entire life, Dan had many interests he pursued, enjoying the challenge and self-accomplishment he derived from each endeavor.

Dan is survived by his wife Judy, their children, William, Susan, Theresa, Ann, and their respective families.

Burial will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery, De Pere, with a private graveside service.
