Darlene I. Ulatowski, 63, of Green Bay, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday evening, December 21, 2012, after a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was born on October 4, 1949 in Chicago, IL to the late Frank and Irene Lucary. On June 15, 1974 she married Adrian Ulatowski at St. Martha's Church in Morton Grove, IL. Darlene was a graduate of Northern Illinois University, majoring in Physical Education. While she attended college, she was also a Division I volleyball player. Darlene enjoyed delivering Meals on Wheels with her friend Mary, and golfing with friends. She was an avid golfer, recording 2 holes-in-one. Her family was the most important part of her life. She was most proud of her kids. She will be deeply missed. Darlene is survived by her husband, Adrian; her daughter, Krista; her three sons, Bryan, Daniel, and Michael; her brother, Gary Lucary; and her daughter-in-law, Rebekah. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Friends and family are asked to gather at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, on Sunday (TODAY), December 23, 2012 from 5pm until 7pm, with a prayer service occurring at 6:30pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, December 24, 2012, at Resurrection Catholic Parish, 333 Hilltop Drive, Allouez from 9am until 10:30am when a Mass of Christian Burial will be held with Bishop Robert Morneau officiating.
