David Dale Fahs, age 39 of De Pere passed away on Monday May 5, 2014 at his home. He was born April 14, 1975 to Dale Fahs and Karen (Buntin) Schwartz. David was a 1994 graduate of East De Pere High School. He loved all things outdoors, whether it is golfing, kayaking, or ATV riding. Time spent with family and friends was also very important to him. David lived life simply and had a ready smile for all those he met. David is survived by his parents, his mom Karen (David) Schwartz, and his dad Dale Fahs. He is further survived by his siblings; Doug (Carrie) Schwartz, Kelly Schwartz, Jeff (Tina) Joachim, Chris (Val) Joachim, Nicole Joachim, John Meixl, and Heather Fergus. He is further survived by his nieces and nephews, Madison, Danielle, Austin, Mackenzie, Dakota, Jakob, Eric, Isabella, and Landin. David's grandparents Kathleen Buntin, George Buntin, Helen Fahs, as well as many aunts and uncles survive. He was preceded in death by his brother Dustin, his stepmother Joan Fahs, Uncle Dean Fahs, Aunt Debbie Schwartz, and grandparents; Rhynold Fahs, and Bernie (Rose) Schwartz. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere from 5-8pm Wednesday May 7, 2014 (TODAY). A parish prayer service will be held at 7:30pm to bring the evening to a close. Visitation will continue after 9am Thursday at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church 2270 S. Oneida Street until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am with Fr. John H. Harper officiating.
