Deborah Evelyn Armstrong, 72, De Pere, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday evening, December 2, 2021. She was born December 13, 1949, daughter of the late John J. and Gertrude Dixon. She was a graduate of East De Pere High School. On May 19, 1972, she married Harley Armstrong. Deborah served in the United States Army from 1968 – 1973. She was a CNA at Ledgeview Nursing Home for 30 years. Deb enjoyed spending time with her family, sitting outside in the sun, dancing, and singing in the car. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Armstrong, Tabitha Ragsdale, and Raymond Armstrong. Grandchildren, Nikki, Gabby, Garett, Carley, Connor, Hailey, Rylie, and great grandchild Damon. Daughter-in-law Crystal, her two siblings Jane (Craig), and Robin, as well and numerous nieces and nephews further survive her. Deborah was preceded in death by her husband Harley, son Tyler, her parents and brother John R. Dixon. Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N.
