Dian M. Overman, 91, Ashwaubenon, passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, February 26, 2025. She was born September 8, 1933, to the late Albert and Alvira (Shaw) Brown.

She married David F. Overman, and he preceded her in death.

Dian was a people person, and a true Lady to the core. She enjoyed talking and laughing with her sister Kathleen, Happy Hour on Wednesdays with her friends, and her Sunday ritual of pizza and beer at Burkel's with her son Michael and two grandchildren. Dian also enjoyed watching Alex and Michael play baseball and Olivia play the piano when they were growing up. Michael said that "His friends tolerated him but loved his mother". To put it simply, Dian was a well-liked Lady.

She is survived by her son Michael, and two grandchildren Alex Overman and Olivia Culler as well as her nephews: Kerry, Kristofor Brown, daughter-in-law Sandra, sisters-in-law Dori, Anne, and Wanda Ilse, great nieces and nephews.

Dian was preceded in death by her husband David, and her parents, Albert and Alvira. Also preceded by brother Albert, her sister Kathleen, as well as her nephew Kevin, and brother-in-law Web Ilse.

A celebration of Dian's life will take place at Burkel's One Block Over, 1007 Tony Canadeo Run, Green Bay on Sunday, March 9th from 1:00PM – 5:00PM.
