Diane "Winky" Anderson, 73, of De Pere, WI passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday May 18, 2023, after a hard fought battle following a heart attack in March. Diane was born on June 1, 1949, in Menominee, Michigan to the late Emil and Clara (Kaminski) Palmquist.

On Aug. 8, 1970, Diane married Wally Anderson. She enjoyed reading, gardening, golfing, a good game of Old Maid or Trouble, anything chocolate and the Green Bay Packers, but her favorite thing of all was being a mom and grandma.

She was known to be a tremendous cook, a loyal friend, a loving wife, an amazing mom, an incredible "gma" and the Farkle Queen.

Survivors include her devoted daughter, Stacy Wontorski of Wichita, KS; loving son, Torry Anderson of Sun Prairie, WI; adoring granddaughter, Morgan Wontorski of Wichita, KS; "adopted" daughter and granddaughter Natalie & Tava Craig of Melbourne, FL; sisters Joyce Drys of Peshtigo, WI and Beverly Pleshek of Marinette, WI and many nieces & nephews.

Diane was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 48 years, Wally Anderson; parents Emil and Clara Palmquist ; sisters Donna Rae Wanek, Charlene Hansford, Shirley Michaelis, Phyllis Horen, Lois Barras and brothers Richard Palmquist, Kenneth Palmquist, Donald Palmquist and Jerome Palmquist ; "adopted" grandson Corey Wontorski; best friend Linda LaLonde and special family friend Blake Bublitz.

Diane requested to be cremated and no public memorial service.
