Dolores Evelyn Lemmen, 75, Ashwaubenon, passed away at home the morning of Tuesday, July 30, 2013. She was born August 19, 1937 to the late Russell Longrie and Agnes Brehm. On April 3, 1956 she was united in marriage to Peter Lemmen. He preceded her in death on March 25, 1999. Together they had five children; Karla, Lorie, Karen, Terri, and Ricky. Lorie preceded her mother in death on February 12, 1989. Dolores was an avid bowler being involved in several leagues, enjoyed spending time at the cottage and the winter home in Arizona, driving her red convertible Corvette, having the company of her dog, Teddy, but what she enjoyed most was doing silly things with her grandchildren.
As we reminisce about the past
We find ourselves wondering
Did we remember to thank you enough?
For all the times you were there for us
To help and support us
To celebrate our successes
And embrace our needs
Accept our defeats
For teaching us by your example
The value of hard work and good judgment
Courage and integrity
We wonder if we ever thanked you
For the sacrifices you both made
To let us have the very best
The cottage on White Potato Lake
The winter home in Fountain Hills, AZ
And for the simple things
Like laughter, smiles and times shared
If we forgot to show you enough
Gratitude for all the things you both did
We're thanking you now
And we hope you knew all along
How much you meant to us
We were so lucky to have you as our parents!
Our love for you will live on
Our memories will be our keepsake
Thinking of you with all our love
