IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dona
Lebreck
August 5, 1954 – February 6, 2024
Dona Marie LeBreck, 69 of De Pere, passed away peacefully at home in the early hours of Tuesday, February 6,2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her daughter and granddaughters for her final moments.
Born on August 5,1954 in Oconto to the late Paul and Elizabeth (Mineau) LeBreck. Dona Marie LeBreck was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, warmth, and vivacious personality.
Throughout her life, Dona was known for her hard-working personality. She was always on the go trying to help anyone in any way she could. Throughout her many years spent working at Paul's Rathskeller, she made many friends and loving memories. She was even dubbed the 'On Tap's Feature Mixologist' in 1989. She spent many years working at the Union Hotel, The West End Pub, and ending her career at St. Norbert College. Some may say she was a workaholic but really, she cared and had a lot of passion for what she was doing. She got to meet many people from all over the world while working at the college. That was probably one of her favorite parts about the job, getting to know the students. Dona was passionate about her family. She loved spending time with her grandkids on the weekends. Making sure they were happy and healthy.
Above all, Dona cherished the time spent with her family. We are very grateful to have been able to take care of our beloved mother/grandmother Dona at the end of her life like she did for all of us at the beginning of our lives. Dona showed us all how to forgive even in the toughest of times. Over the last couple of months, we were able to shower Dona in unconditional love.
Dona is survived by one daughter, Melissa Fischer, Green Bay; one son, Wesley Borchert, Green Bay; 5 granddaughters, Samantha Peters, Heather Biese, Lizzy Fischer, Madyson LeBreck, Taylor LeBreck; 3 grandsons, Stephen Arteaga, DiAngelo Arteaga, Nikolas Anderson; 6 great-grandchildren; Special friend and niece, Jennifer Rusch; 7 sisters, Kathy (Doug) Durand, Rose (Les) Stellmacher, Diane LeBreck, Patsy Bake, Sue (Mike) Shew, Teresa Hyland LeBreck, Carol (Jeff) Stewart; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Paul and Betty, Dona was preceded in death by her siblings, Margaret LeBreck, David LeBreck, Judy Elliot, Paul Jr. LeBreck and brother-in-laws, John Hyland and Mike Bake.
Sincerest thank you, to the staff at Bellin Cancer Team and Unity Hospice for helping further the comfort of Dona during the last few months.
A celebration of Dona's life will be held on Thursday, February 15th, 2024, at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere, beginning at 3:00 p.m. A short service will conclude visitation at 6:00 p.m. Followed by food at Old No 7. Friends and family are invited to join in remembrance and support.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Dona through GoFundMe to assist the family with the end-of-life expenses. Any remaining donations will be donated to the Unity Hospice Program in Dona's memory.

There's No Place Like Grandma's House
For comfort and advice,
For smiles and laughter
And everything nice.
It's where we go
To spend time together,
And create loving memories
To be cherished forever.
