Donald Wayne Duffy, resident of Green Bay, WI, passed away on January 16, 2023. He was born on March 21, 1954 to Betty (Robinson) and Donald Duffy in St. Pete, Florida. Donald attended Caeser Rodney High School in Delaware. He was married to Carol Bailey on June 13, 1980.

He was a self-employed journeyman plumber. He was also a member of the United States Air Force serving from July 21, 1972 – December 19, 1973 as an E2.

Donald was also a member of the Red Cliff Band of Chippewa Indians. Before moving to Wisconsin, Donald lived in Florida and enjoyed fishing, playing darts, and going to car shows.

Donald is survived by his ex-wife, Carol Duffy, his children, Nicole Martin and Brandon Duffy, as well as his grandchildren, Aaron M. Duffy, Evan C. Duffy, Isaiah A. Duffy and Carson W. Duffy. He is further survived by his sister, Kathy Brown, and estranged brother Terry Duffy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Betty, as well as his sister, Colleen Quick.
