Donaven Edward "Teddy Bear" (L.J.) Haevers-Ninham , "Gramma's Baby", three months old, passed away unexpectedly Saturday October 3, 2009 at a local hospital. The son of Joseph Edward Ninham, Jr. and Alita Xiong was born July 9, 2009. He loved hearing his Mom sing the ABC's to him, and was a wonderful little boy who was full of life and laughter. Survivors include his mother, Alita Xiong, his father, Joseph E. Ninham, Jr., grandparents Robin Haevers (fianc Gary Jakubowski), Joseph and Shelly Ninham, 2 aunts, Tonya Xiong, Sara Xiong, one uncle, Ryan Xiong, additional aunts and uncles, Jeremy, Jaymi, Austin, Jordan, Jackie and Justin Ninham, many cousins, including, Preston Bierhals, Sonya Micolichek, and Jayda DeMar and Alita's best friend, Desiree Waubeno. In addition, Donaven is also survived by his great-grandparents, James and Phyllis Haevers, David and Shirley Green, Edith Ninham, and Inez Jakubowski. He will be sadly missed by all those relatives and friends who knew and loved him. Parish Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Visitation will continue after 9:30 am Wednesday at Holy Apostles Episcopal Church, Freedom Road, Oneida, until time of service. Celebration of Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday at the Church with Mother Kristina Henning, Deacon Deborah Heckel, and Deacon Edmund Powless, officiating. As part of the services, a special prayer will be offered by Pastor Chuck Welch. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
