Donna (Meeuwsen) Babiarz, 79, De Pere, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

She was born January 17, 1945, to the late Donald and Rachael (Hockers) Meeuwsen. Donna was united in marriage to Larry Babiarz.

A lifelong member of St. Boniface/Our Lady of Lourdes parishes in De Pere, Donna was instrumental in representing the Christmas Tree Store for the parish. Donna was also involved in the Prayer Shawl Group. She enjoyed camping, knitting, crocheting, and jigsaw puzzles.

She is survived by her husband Larry, their children; Raymond Babiarz, and Gina Babiarz, as well as four grandchildren. Donna's siblings; Margaret (Horace) Cochran, Nancy Bennett, Tom (Betsy) Meeuwsen, Mary (Dennis) Leiterman, Mike (Kate) Meeuwsen, Tim (Dell) Meeuwsen, and Steve (Lois) Meeuwsen. Larry's siblings; Dave (Mary) Babiarz, Joan (Ron) Korzeniewski, and Sue (Pat) Whiting, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere on Tuesday, August 6th from 5:00PM – 7:00PM. Visitation will continue Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 1305 Lourdes Ave., De Pere from 9:00AM – 10:45AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM with Fr. James Baraniak O.Praem. officiating.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established.
