Donna R. Thyssen, 71 of Ashwaubenon passed away on Friday November 11, 2011. She was born March 23, 1940. On September 17, 1959 she married Harold "Butch" Thyssen. Donna retired from KMART West in 1994 after many years of service. Donna enjoyed spending free time with her family as well as fishing and going to the cabin. She also liked to travel with Butch and her family. She is survived by her husband Butch, her family Jim (Nan) Thyssen, Randy (Becky) Thyssen, Dan (significant other Lori Mornelli) Thyssen, 11 grandchildren; Joey, Heather, Justin, Mitchell, Nick, Amber, Autumn, Wyatt, Cassandra, Kara, and Lexi. Two great grandchildren; Aydin, and Preston as well as Butch's family. She was preceded in death by her son Thomas and her daughter in law Kelly Waite. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street in De Pere from 4 7pm Monday. A prayer service for Donna will be held at 7pm with Pastoral Associate Shelia DeLuca officiating.
