Dorothy J. Baeten, 87, De Pere, passed away peacefully on Friday August 29, 2014. She was born on March 31, 1927 in Appleton. Dorothy was united in marriage to Francis "Frank" Baeten. Her loves of singing, dancing, and taking long walks were passions of hers. Dorothy also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and cooking. She also taught classes on caning chairs. She is survived by her sons; Jerry (Lisa) Baeten, Tom (Kelly) Baeten, and son in law Phillip Kreisa, as well as her grandchildren, David, Adam, Lindsay, Alex, Elizabeth, Brian, and her 4 great grandchildren. Dorothy's brother in law and sister in laws Clyde (Sonja) Baeten and sister in law Joan Baeten also survive. She was preceded in death by her children; Mary Kreisa, and Robert Baeten, as well as her brothers in law and sisters in law, Merle (Pat) Baeten, and Richard (Lisa) Baeten.
