Douglas L. Howard, 69, Green Bay, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 with Julie at his side. The son of the late Clifton J. and Millie (McKay) Howard was born in Chicago on December 21, 1944. Doug was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He also loved sports of all kinds, especially Baseball, and Fantasy Football with his son. Doug will be missed by the guys from the Tuesday night bowling group. He had worked at various furniture companies in Green Bay before his retirement. He is survived by his son, Brian (Nicole) Howard, Seattle, WA; his daughter Niccole (Brennan) Tiffany, Monterey, CA; his significant other, Julie Spaude, Green Bay In Doug's honor, memorials may be made to Unity Hospice. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Laura, Chris, and Jenny at Unity for all of the compassionate care that they gave to Doug.
