Drew Matthew Danforth, 17 months, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at a local hospital. He was born January 29, 2012 in Green Bay, a son of Curtis and Angela (Metoxen) Danforth. Drew was a strong fighter who was so well behaved.
Drew is survived by his parents Curtis and Angela Danforth; sister Whitney Danforth, brother CJ Danforth; grandparents Tammy (Dale) Metoxen, Curt (Carla) Danforth and Mary Ann Archiquette; great grandmas Wilma Danforth and Lida Metoxen; aunts: Dominique Danforth, Tawny Danforth, Jessica Danforth, Desiree Danforth, and Hanna Martinez; uncles Richard Metoxen and Dale Metoxen; and numerous great aunts, great uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his aunt Cassie Danforth, great grandparents John Danforth, Whitney (Betty) Metoxen, Roy Metoxen, and Milton (Louise) Archiquette; and cousin Mariah Danforth-Moore.
Family and friends may visit from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere. Oneida Hymn singers at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Ryan Funeral Home from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at which time a funeral procession will leave for Holy Apostle Episcopal Church, Oneida for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Drew will be buried in the church cemetery following Mass.
Drew's family would like to thank his home nurse Jolynne Stewart, all the nurses and doctors at Children's Hospital of Milwaukee, Ronald McDonald House, Michelle Woomer, Oneida Community Support, and all the staff and Dr. Taylor at St. Vincent Hospital for their love, care, and concern shown to Drew and his family.
