Duane Edward Elm, 65, passed away peacefully at Aurora Bay Care on May 11, 2025, of lung cancer with family by his side. He was born in Green Bay, WI, on March 31, 1960, to the late Earl Elm Sr. and Kathleen Jourdan.

Some of his most favorite hobbies were creating beautiful beadwork. He also loved camping, fishing, and watching the Packers.

Duane is survived by his daughter Danyell Jordan, sister Laurie Elm, and his brothers Earl Elm Jr. and Robert Elm, along with many nieces and nephews. He is further survived by his grandchildren Eli Jordan and Ashlee Engebos (Special Friend Jennifer).

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Vernon and Katherine Jourdan, uncles Kermit Jordan, Hubert Jourdan, Randy Jourdan, Clint Jourdan, aunt Elaine Danforth, nephews Jimmy and David Doxtator, and cousin Kyle Dunlap.

Family and friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. 10th St. De Pere, WI 54115, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Thursday May 15, 2025. A memorial service will begin at 4:00pm with Pastor Juan Alicea presiding. Duane will be buried on Friday May 16, 2025 at 10:00am at the Oneida United Methodist Cemetery.
