Earl "Ernie" John Leiterman Jr., De Pere. passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday August 8, 2016. He was born July 9, 1959 to Betty (Ambrose) and the late Earl "Curly" Leiterman Sr. Ernie loved the outdoors, whether it be fishing, hunting, taking the Harley for a ride or camping on the Menominee. He had a special love of country and all types of music. He also inherited his mom's love of cooking, especially around the grill. He is survived by his children, Amy Leiterman and Michael (Laura) Leiterman, as well as his mom Betty, and granddaughter Madysin. Ernie is further survived by his siblings, Jody Leiterman, and Kathy Peot, and nieces and nephew, April and Justin Borseth, as well as the children of his soulmate Susie: Jessica and David and his lifelong buddies, thanks for all of your love and support. You know who you are. He was preceded in death by his dad Earl Sr., his soulmate Susie, as well as his stepfather Frog, brother in law Darrel and two nephews Jason and Chad.
