Earl "Tippy" Tipler, 84, Oneida passed away on Thursday December 5, 2013. Tippy was an over the road truck driver for many years, as well as a country music entertainer not only locally but throughout the country. He is survived by his wife Rose, his sons; Mike (Tammy) Bacon and Dan Bacon. Tipp's siblings also survive him, Melvin (Mary) Tipler, and Dale (Mary) Pauwels. Rose's family also survives, Dorothy Skenandore, Phillip Skenandore, George Skenandore, and Tina Cottrell. Friends may call at the Oneida United Methodist Church after 9am on Monday December 9, 2013, with a memorial service at 11am. The RYAN FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family.
