Edwina G. Jorgenson, 65, Oneida, passed away peacefully in Indianapolis, IN on Sunday, December 15, 2024. Edwina was born on April 7, 1959 in Green Bay, WI to the late Carl and Betty (Metoxen) Jorgenson. Edwina attended Flandreau Indian School in South Dakota.

She loved to spend time with all her grandkids. They were her whole world. She always enjoyed going up to the cabin with her family, and as a kid always enjoyed going with her parents. She loved thrift shopping and yard sales. She also loved going for long car rides and talking smack. Along with crocheting, she always enjoyed doing her crossword puzzles.

Edwina is survived by her children, Owen Jorgenson, Evelyn (fiancée DJ) Jorgenson, grandchildren, Nevaeh Jorgenson, Najoni Jorgenson, Nakirah Hargrove, Natavia Jorgenson, Kendal Hargrove, Nalani Edwina Jorgenson, and great-grandson Jacoryon "CJ" Johnson-Gail. She is further survived by her siblings Janice Hall, Wanda (Mike) Boivin, Gerald (Tricia) Jorgenson, and Randall (Linda) Jorgenson, nieces and nephews, Jamie (Chris) Jorgenson, William (Kristin) Hall, Sara Carmichael, Kristin (Erwin) Jorgenson – Dann, Christopher (Jessica) Jorgenson, Melanie (Elmer) Briones, Jerome Archiquette, Erin Jorgenson, Justin Schumerth, Chelsea Jorgenson, and Jordan Jorgenson.

Edwina was preceded in death by her father Carl, her mother Betty, who passed in April of this year, and her sister Brenda Jorgenson, who passed in 2022.

Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere, from 4:00 PM to 7:00PM on Sunday, December 22, 2024. The Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 6:30PM, and a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue Monday, December 23, at Oneida Methodist Church from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM with Pastor Elizabeth officiating. Burial will take place at 12:30 PM on Monday at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
