Elaine D. Kottke, 85 of De Pere passed away on Friday October 29, 2010. Born August 16, 1925 in Green Bay to the late Paul and Anna (Vogel) Kottke. She graduated from Nicolet High School in West De Pere and was employed for many years at L.C.L. Transit Co., Green Bay. Elaine was preceded in death by a brother Lt. Carl Kottke who died in France in 1944 and a sister Anna in 1997. Several cousins survive her. Elaine was a long time member of St. John Lutheran Church, De Pere. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth Street in De Pere from 1-3pm on Monday, November 1, 2010. The funeral service will be held at 3pm with Pastor Brian Cain officiating.
