Elaine Betty Richtman, De Pere, passed away March 30, 2022. She was born September 15, 1927, in La Crosse, WI. to Mary and Walter Proksch. She graduated from La Crosse High School and La Crosse Nursing School. Elaine was united in marriage to Neal Richtman in De Pere. She was a nurse at St. Vincent Hospital for 19 years. Elaine was a longtime active member of The First United Methodist Church, Green Bay. Elaine greatly enjoyed and loved her family. She had many friends who she treasured. She loved spending time with the Rainbow Girls. She enjoyed golf, gardening, and Bridge. Elaine is survived by her children; Tom (Lynn) Richtman, Jane Dunne (widow of Brian), and Nancy (John) Gilleland. Grandchildren; Hannah Richtman, Sam Richtman, Kyle Dunne, Christine Dunne, Jack Gilleland, Joe Gilleland, Melissa Gilleland, Lauren Gilleland, and her sister Marilyn Ingwell. Elaine was preceded in death by her husband Neal Richtman on August 6, 2006. A service date has yet to be established.
