Elaine P. Wingo, 76 died Saturday, March 25, 2023.

She was born September 18, 1946, in De Pere, Wisconsin to the late Orville and Dorothy Baril. Elaine married Walter Hill Wingo on July 18, 1969, in Chicago, IL.

Elaine enjoyed spending time with her family, loved her animals and playing bingo.

Survivors include her sons; Walter H. Wingo Jr. (Mel) and Vance Wingo (Kat); daughter, Amanda Wingo-Barrett (Chris), stepdaughter; Yolonda Wingo, sister; Barb Hanke (Steve), brother; John Baril (Linda), and five grandchildren, Josh, Justin, and Matthew Wingo, and Cassandra and Aubree Barrett.

Elaine was proceeded in death by her husband Walter H. Wingo, her parents, Orville and Dorothy Baril, three brothers, Bill, Terry and Joe Baril, and two sisters Judy Pennenberg and Bonnie Van Rossum.

A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family.
