IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Eric Ronald
Englebert
November 29, 1990 – October 22, 2024
Eric Ronald Englebert, 33, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on October 22, 2024, due to a sudden cardiac issue.
He was born November 29, 1990, to Jay Englebert and Lisa Vandehei (Perrigo).
Eric graduated from Southwest High School with the class of 2009. He then went on to UW Eau Claire graduating with high honors in 2013 with a major in Business and minor in Economics and Finance.
After college Eric went to work for LaForce for a year before following his lifelong dream and moving to Colorado. In Colorado Springs, he worked for the Ford Co. in finance, before joining Farmers State Bank, working with major loans, especially to the farming community. While in Colorado, Eric lived life to the fullest, as an avid outdoor enthusiast.
Moving back to Green Bay, to be close to family in 2020, Eric continued working for Farmers State Bank remotely. He then went on to work as a finance officer at PCM Credit Union for two years. He currently was employed as a Purchasing & Procurement Manager with Retrans El Paso, in the transportation industry.
In his free time, Eric enjoyed traveling. Just to name a few of his favorite destinations are Red Rocks, Costa Rica and San Francisco. He looked forward to concerts in Red Rocks with his best friend Jamie. Eric's fur babies, Chief, Ernie and Bert were his constant companions. Rachel, Eric M., Jamie, and Jenna, you weren't just his friends, you were his family.
He is survived by his dad Jay (Christie) Englebert, his mom Lisa (Mark) Perrigo. His sister, Janel (Shaun) Allen and their children, Natalie and Clayton. Stepbrothers; Robert Perrigo, Vinnie Wertel, Gabe Wertel, stepsister Mallory Wertel, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roland (Carole) Englebert, Jim (Dottie) Vandehei, and two uncles.
You are invited to help us celebrate the many great memories of such a gentle, genuine, selfless, goofy, hardest working son, brother, and friend you could have at Stadium View 1963 Holmgren Way , Green Bay, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 1:00PM – 4:00PM.
