Erin Nicole Baker, 35, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014 surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born September 24, 1979, the daughter of David Baker and Jane (Kapitan) Baker. Erin was a graduate of Champlin Park High School, Champlin, MN. She attended Arizona State University and then graduated from the Art Institute of Phoenix. She was employed at Marazzi Tile & Stone, Phoenix, AZ as Territory Manager. She is survived by her father David (Debbie) Baker (De Pere, WI); mother Jane Baker (Ironwood, MI); brother Matthew Baker (Albertville, MN); grandmothers: Audrey Baker (Hurley, WI) and Shirley Kapitan (Ironwood, MI); step brothers Tyler (Holly) Carlin (Rochester, MN) and Brady Carlin (De Pere, WI); step sister Danielle Carlin (De Pere, WI); close family friends "uncle and aunt" Pat and Linda Kimps (Scottsdale, AZ); and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Erin was preceded in death by her grandfathers James Baker and William Kapitan; and her uncle Dan Baker. Family and friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsman Dr, Ledgeview. A Funeral Mass will follow at 5:00 p.m. with Fr.
