Evelyn C. Raygo, 93, passed away in Manitowoc on January 5th of 2021, surrounded by her family. Evelyn was born December 4th, 1927 to her parents, Anna Duca and Rueben Bolander in Amberg, WI. She attended Amberg high school, afterwards going to work as a cashier at Lauerman's Lunch Counter and later at Malmstadt Grocery Store. She was married to the love of her life, George Roetzer on November 29, 1985. Evelyn enjoyed crocheting, reading, dancing, going to church, and spending time with her beloved family. Evelyn is survived by her children, Judy (Paul) Mills, and Valerie (Dale) Behnke; her sister, Clara Policello; and many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Evelyn is preceded in death by a son, her daughter Lynn (William) Hossele; siblings, Bernard Bolander (2018), Andrew Bolander (2014), Claire Bolander (2015), Clarence Bolander (1961); parents, Ruben and Anna Bolander; and husbands Earl, George, and Fred. Family and friends may visit at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021. Burial will take place at a later date at Forest Home Cemetery in Marinette.
